We are looking for a qualified key worker.
The role is a permanent position to begin in the summer term ideally, though we do appreciate some people are likely to be committed in their current role until the end of the summer term and so we’re happy to employ the right candidate from the start of the Autumn term. We hope to employ a Level 3 or equivalent qualification (or above).
Our opening hours are 9-3 Monday to Friday term time only. The role requires staff to be in for 8:15 finishing at 3:30 and must attend 4 training days and 3 two hour twilight sessions a year.
Contracted hours are Monday to Thursday 8:15 - 3:30 and every other Friday 8:15-3:15.
The rate of pay is £12.50 per hour and paid pro rata.
Staff can expect to be outside in all weathers. We are a pack away setting but the nature of how we run means we are outdoors every day with little set-up across the setting. You don’t need to have worked in an outdoor setting before, but you need to enjoy being outside in nature!
